Well, cant even run game on Win XP (Hp Compaq NC6220 laptop) Having 0xc0000135 error...

I had the same error (on WinXP as well), so I start the game from Corsairs.exe and not from Launcher.exe. I still have some error message but after dismissing it by hitting the Enter key the game runs just fine.
