Curious who bought the finest piece of the Pinnacle of Enterteinment Software, which is still a quite bad game.

Here. For me, it is a nostalgia. I played it back in the day it was released and owned both disk and CD version. It wasn't great but this was early in the FPS days and options were limited. It takes me back to that time in my early teens where I got on the PC and mindlessly shot for enjoyment.
Well, I did. But discounted. Just because I like these old games and I find old trash somewhat charming sort of stuff. But yes, someone might be much disappointed once has bought this game, since the gameplay is simply frustrating. As far as I remember Civvie11 warned us, didn't he?

I played the demo a lot and thought it was kinda cool when I was 12, I could run the game mounting the CD image with Dosbox but this complete package seemed a nice idea to me (especially discounted). I like having a simple solution available when I feel too lazy to input all the commands or make a dosbox profile.
I didn't care much for Civvie's opinion on this, even if he's right about many things considering Capstone games.
I bought it because I am genuinely a fan of C7.
I respect Civvie and I enjoy his content but I think he was WAY too harsh on C7
Body Count deserves all the shit though.

Same here. IMO it's not ideal, but quite fun Wolfenstein-style game in sci-fi theme, nowhere near as bad as Body Count

Yeah, Agreed 100 percent.
Nostalgia here, I bought it because I played it a lot as a young kid. I actually even had took google who Civvie11 is XD
I've been waiting for Corridor 7 since GOG launched in beta all those years ago. Now there are only two titles from my childhood missing on the service. Nitemare 3D, and ShadowCaster.
I genuinely enjoy the game. Out of the low-rent not-quite-Doom clones out there, it was one of the better ones.
I watched someone playing it on Twitch and it was a super cheap piece of nostalgia. I like the soundtrack most of all really. I'm at the point where I can play bad games and enjoy them.
Corridor 7 was the best Wolf3d engine game for me. It's spooky as hell and enhanced texture effects were amazing. I can't say for GOG release (which I bought on Day 1), but my DOS version under DOSBox always get me corrupted save files (maybe some specific piracy protection mechanism I don't know) killing my progress and the will to start over.
