Not sure if this thread's been made before, but... C'mon, folks. We've all been there. That one slip of the keys which'd in reality get a restaurant shut down, but we just laugh about at the time while thinking "Wellp. They're not coming back!"
How about you folks? Worst one for me so far's prepping a fish in CSD1 and forgetting to cut the head off before cooking >.> That's gotta be a shocker

Funniest moment in CSD 1 was when my girlfriend was the chef on a co-op game. Already frustrated with messing up dishes, she served a fried chicken order that made a customer angry. When she yelled "WHY?!", I had to explain to her that she never actually dunked the basket into the oil; she served raw chicken on a plate XD
