jayventuri: When is the GOG patch release?
Check the link in the OP. It now says March 25th.

"PC owners of Control – no matter which edition you own on Steam, Epic Games Store, or GOG – are getting the 'March 25' update. While this has always been the plan, it’s taking us a while to ensure that the update propagates (correctly!) across multiple stores and editions of our six-year-old game. We thank you for your understanding, as we’ve had some… surprising things happen now that the patch is live."
Oh, that's a good catch! Hopefully by March 25th, then.
Well Control is now marked as updated. I haven't looked at it yet to see what release version it is but at least it's there. I'm just hoping if their is another update on the 25th then it includes the Mac Version.
LOL I am downloading the patch now. So I guess it's out.
It looks like the textures are still not loaded in full even after the update. Can someone confirm this?
March 25 as probably 2025, not 25th!
The new update is live for GOG now.

Got the update, HDR doesn't seem to be working properly. Peak brightness is greyed out and locked to 1499. I had the Filoppi HDR patch and it looked much better.
I was waiting to get this update to play the game. Sadly it falls short on expectation, specially regarding texture loading. It is as bad as the original game, nothing close to the Filoppi mod.

Besides, not having FSR at this point is a clear disregard for a parcel of customers.
Maybe a stupid question, but remembering the Alan Wake update which cut out content (the David Bowie song) due to licensing reasons: Did they fuck this up in some way too? Or is everything still in the game?
