Hi, I have a problem I've never experienced before in a game.
As soon as I move my mouse, the game stutters for no apparent reason.

I recorded just the main menu with a short gif to show the effect with the stuttering background animation. If I don't use my mouse and don't look around in game, the game runs just fine.

It has nothing to do with the graphics or my mouse settings. Doesn't matter what settings or mouse I use.

I had a similar problem with a mouse from A4Tech in The Division and the reason was in the mouse soft\driver Oscar Mouse Editor. If you have a program installed for expand mouse capabilities, try disabling it.

I have the same issue. I can go anywhere in the game and keep a constant 60 fps by moving around using only WASD, but as soon as I use my mouse to turn the camera the game hitches and stutters like crazy. I already tried removing Logitech G Hub, my mouse manufacturer's software.

It does not happen if I plug in a controller.

I don't have any stutters with both keyboard and controller, but when using the mouse I can clearly see some issues with it, it just feels rough: if you slowly try to move it, you cand see how it doesn't recognize those little movements, resulting in a sort of a "stuttery" mess (can't find a right word for describing it, but doesn't belong to frames at all)

Also is just me or DLSS if awful here? Even with the latest dll replaced, which actually fixes some flickering textures, it looks like shit, it blurs everything and I can't no longer see written signs :(
