So when I move my mouse to the edge of the map, the screen scrolls way too fast, no matter what value I have in the scroll speed in the options.
I can still scroll the screen with the arrow keys, but this is annoying. Anyone know a fix? The mouse itself moves normally around the game window

I have this problem too. I downloaded Mousex like it was recommended for the too slow mouse problem, but don't know where to install it or what to do with it. Can anyone help?

Mouseex will not help you with MOB RULE. Mousex is for DOS games, and Mob RUle is a Windows program.

I have the original Street Wars (EU version) but since my girl loves it, I thought I would buy it from GOG to her. I installed it on her PC but the scroll speed is insane on Windows 7. I looked in the forum where I saw other people with the same problem but no solution. I then tried the 11 year old Street Wars version and scroll speed was fine. I then applied my no-cd crack to Street Wars from Good old Myth and it still worked. I tried it on the GOG version and now the scroll speed was fine. So something went wrong in this version. If you go to gamecopyworld(dotcom) -> Street Wars and select Street Wars - Constructor Underworld Patch [EURO] Fixed EXE then you should be set.

Running the game in compatibility mode for Windows 95 seems to have fixed the mouse scrolling speed for me. Don't know yet if it will cause any issues with the game, but I haven't had any problems with it.

Good catch Martin. This seems to have done the trick. I'll try Genduke47's alternative if that patch crashes the game down the road.

Hi, i have the same problem. I know this thread is old, but i can't seem to fix it. What do i do after downloading the SW.exe from gamecopyworld? Since mine is GOG version, i have MR.exe. Any suggestions please?

I also have this problem but only if a menu is up, also arrow keys don't work with menus either

I am having massive problems with the mouse scrolling super fast too. I've tried compatibility mode for Windows 95 and that works... but only if I'm not clicked on anybody. If I click on a worker, the hyper speed mouse scrolls start again. I'm using the MR, US version.

Has anyone found a solution to this?
