So yeah, when I get ingame, the mouse moves annoyingly slow, and makes the game a chore to play. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Akghar: Try changing graphic mode to OpenGL. Solved the problem for me.

This helped a bit but the real solution are the two high rated posts! :P
