I think the doghouse will drive off Mr Fixit (can't be sure though).

You can't repair damaged fences of your factories, doghouse again will stop the foreman from going there.

Basically, DOGS EVERYWHERE!

One useful thing you can do about enemy undesirables is to hire policemen to patrol your important estates.

Or, if you're more in the mood for a little cheat, hire them to patrol the enemy's estates, crank their efficiency down to the lowest setting and set their patrol routes so they don't move from the entrance to the undesirable buildings.

Also of course, you could send your own undesirables to blow up enemy Fixits or have your workers/gangsters beat them up.

Mr. Fixits are great for destroying undesirable buildings.
