I wanted to know if anyone is aware if there will be achievements for the GOG version of this game? I much prefer to buy games on gog but I feel like a part of what makes Iron Tower games super fun for replay is achievement hunting so you can chase different scenarios.

We'll add achievements to Steam and GOG versions, worry not. Probably in the next few months, once we deal with the current workload.

Oh perfect! Instant buy for me then! I wasn't sure where i wanted to get this game since i loved the achievements in Age of Decadence. GOG is my preferred store front so this made me very happy! Thank you very much!

Please ensure you provide a checkbox in the GUI (or at least a flag in the INI file like Book Of Demons does) to support the many players who do not want so-called "achievements" breaking immersion, disrupting their play, and spoiling any sense of discovery ("Achievement unlocked: we knew you'd do that too!") For many of us, achievements that tell us we've killed 10,000 skeletons are creepy stalkers and achievements that knock the camera about are nauseating. I get it that some people find this recent phenomenon exciting, but for those of us who find it completely spoils our ability to relax and enjoy a game, please make them optional.
