Went a little nuts with the maps, ended up saving every variation i made, now I want to delete them but i cant seem to find the .mp files.

They are in the gog folder under colonization. There is a folder within that named "MPS" open that and set the files to be viewed as groups and then hunt down the map files. It is the same for save files.
