No option in the settings for windowed mode. Hopefully there is a command line parameter, short cut (the old standby alt-enter didn't work), or ini-file setting to make this happen.

While you haven't spoecified which version of the game interests you, in most cases it's rather impossible. Not sure if it's just me, but so far I haven't been able to run CC2 windowed even using Dxwnd.

Perhaps you can try running the game with some custom resolution to get the experience you'll like.
