Paid for the game. Unable to download. Tried everything. Asked for money back. Told no refunds, despite money back guarantee.

Seriously, they refused to refund you when you can't download the game? Have you passed the money back guarantee deadline?

Why can't you download the game? I've never been in the situation where I have been unable to download a game. If there are download issues for you has GOG technical support not been able to help?

So you cant download the game, and gog wont help you resolve the problem or refund you?
I want to belive there is some misunderstanding here. Otherwise this is completely unacceptable!

I will follow this topic closely to see how it turns out. I have tried to buy more games in gog instead of steam because i tought their money back guarantee was better, but if this turns out to be as you describe it, i will never buy anything from gog again.
