Just purchased CC3, can't seem to launch it at all - keeps coming up with 0xc0000022 error.

Tried launching with Admin rights, disable full-screen optimizations, compatibility modes for Win 8, 7 and XP SP3 without any luck.

Any ideas?

Reading your post it seems that you use Win10?
Please allways add some infoa about your system spec, the Version(s) your using (game+Win). mods you use etc...., it's allways a big part guessing but with only the most basic info it's more fortune telling.

But...this error is common starting with Win 8.1+, known reasons are missing or blocked Direct Play, missing dll's, CC#s blocked because it misses rights(admin, firewall,...)

Some people had unkown reasons but they solved it by runing a virtual Win xp/Win 7/blank Win8 and playing CC with this emulated operating system.
