If I try to improve the video options at all, it all crashs. I wanted it to run at 32 bit, but it will not. I don't really know what to do. If I mess with too many things, than the game won't start at all. I don't know how to use computers all that well, so I had to remove all traces of the game from program files and redownload. Any tips?

Same. Can`t get it to run at all. Hardly worth asking for a 1.50 refund though.
