Since the upgrade, when I launch the game, the game window is a tiny sliver and I can't get to anything in the running client try to change the settings. Is there a way to edit the game files manually? Uninstalling/Reinstalling (while saving save data) didn't seem to help.

That's.. weird. Try this
- hold ALT and then launch the game.
- a dialog box will pop-up where you can change the game's resolution (see attached image)
- set your resolution anything except what's selected by default in the pop-up
- click PLAY and please let me know what happens

When the game updated for you, did it update automatically thru GOG Galaxy or are you using the offline installer?

Sorry for the delay, I was traveling and not able to test it out. But that seemed to work. Something had screwed up the window size to something tiny. Changed it back, all good now. Thanks so much.
