For anyone wondering, since the specs on the shop page are still somewhat highish, this game runs smoothly for me with the following specs:

i5-8250u @ 1,60GHz
8 GB Ram
Intel HD 620

I had to turn the resolution down to 1280x720 to get an acceptable frame rate. I am still getting occasional frame rate drops.
I wouldn't recommend playing with low spec

i5-8265U @ 1,60 Ghz
Nvidia GeForce MX150
16 GB RAM
