I mean there are some for Wolf 3D

Ok. I know this comes with a huge delay, but it might still be useful.
There is an engine replacement project for Catacombs3d and all three Catacomb Adventure Series games called refkeen. It can be found on github: https://github.com/NY00123/refkeen.
There is also a SDL port of Catacomb II AKA The Catacomb. Also on github: https://github.com/Blzut3/CatacombSDL. It is very basic and therefore faithful to the DOS version.
