I recently emailed Stainless Games with the following question a few days ago:

Can someone please look into adding the Official Graphics Pack for Carmageddon II on GOG.com?

The Official Graphics Pack might not be fully confirmed for release, but at the very least they are going to be looking into it.

Why should it be implemented into the GOG release?
It's just patches to swap from a gore mode to another, all these patches are available online.
Using any of these patches on the GOG release would be a rollback (aside from turning it into Zombie or Alien mode). So it could be a bit annoying for them to support it. IMO it's better to leave it up to the player to download and install these by himself.

Moreover, the GOG release ships with larger textures than the original release and these patches:

So they would overwrite that :o
