No matter how many times I wreck and buy Die Anna's vehicle, it disappears from the vehicle list the instant I switch to something else. Is there a way to fix this?

Edit: I found a fix!!!

1: Go to the link below, download the extracted data.zip

www,carmageddon,com/forum/topic/11792

(sorry i cant post the link correctly at the moment, just change the commas to periods.)

2: Rename your DATA.TWT to DATA.TWTbak so game won't use it (there are 2 in the GOG version. One is in the main folder, the other is in the data folder, I renamed both just to be safe)

3: Unzip the contents of data.zip into your data folder (ie the notepad files in the zip)

4: Open the notepad file labeled OPPONENT. Search for DIE ANNA or HAWK 3.

5: At Die Anna's entry look for the line labeled Network Availability. Change the word 'never' in this line to 'all'. Save and close.

Viola! You should be able to play as her now whenever you unlock her. Apparently she was being recognized as a non-playable character or something, causing a glitch where she would disappear from the garage.

The most important fix of all games since Carma2 is centered around Max and I played previously Carma1+Splat Pack with Die Anna. Except cinematics and default "Max Wasted" message in Carma2 you can change to any driver and his/her car you want, even rename driver to correct one of it's character model in car. ;-)

Very nice. I didn't even realise I was missing her (as I tend to stick with Max a lot anyway) after I'd unlocked her vehicle the first time.

I've edited the text file in the zip and stored it alongside my game installer so that the fix is just an extract job now.
