Ive done a internet search + read the entire manual. I am the only person in the entire world that has this problem. How do I delete saved games in Carma2? This game spams save game files like an insane lunatic.

You remove save games by deleting the save game files in Windows.
If you have installed outside of Program Files then they will be in:

<Carmageddon 2 folder>\data\SAVEGAME\

If you've installed into Program Files then Windows probably put them somewhere within your user folder.
