I purchased carmageddon max pack. After I paid for it I am unable to download it it shows "owned" on the games webpage but it is not in my games collection. I tried clicking in redownload and it just sends me to my game collection saying "search for carmageddon max pack had no results" The game never downloaded I tried installing the gog downloader that didn't help I tired disabling the "uac" in windows that didn't help, disabled my antivirus didn't help, tried 3 browsers (ie, chrome, firefox) and its all the same. I have windows 7 pro 64 bit.

Try doing an account refresh. If that doesn't fix your problem, send support a message.

12 hours ago would make it 22:45 Polish time. You should have gotten the automated confirmation e-mail about the ticket though, and support should be replying to you soon-ish.

Yes I did get a confirmation email, i got an email back this morning. They said there is a glitch where you have to have atleast one unlocked game in your collection or else none will show up an that's what it was i unlocked one of the free games and then refreshed and carmageddon came up. Thanks for your help

I noticed you said Polish time, are you Polish? My whole family is Polish and i speak it fluently.

GOG is based in Poland, thus why they work Polish hours. Not sure how many of the support team speak Polish, though I guess most of them can have a conversation. For support purposes though, English will be better :)

I see, thanks I just played the game it works great except for one small issue I cant control the music volume (I want it off) in the game, I can change the music volume in the game options but it doesn't effect the volume of it

Take a look here. The music is included as audio files in folder music, so you can either change the dosbox's mixer sound, or replace/remove the mp3s.
