It's not available on Steam either currently. It might still be tied up with Ubisoft.

Interestingly enough howewer it is available on Xbox Live.
I get the feeling Techland chose to not restore Call of Juarez: The Cartel after they reacquired the IP from Ubisoft, as Techland's very own CEO went on record to call the game "A mistake" in a 2015 interview with Eurogamer.

I certainly do hope the official soundtrack sees a restored release though, as I unfortunately missed the opportunity to acquire a digital lossless copy from Qobuz before Ubisoft took them all down from digital storefronts, and Paweł Błaszczak's music for the game certainly is something enjoyable!

I enjoyed it as well and would like to have it here without uPlay finally.

It's a good game, especially LA urban parts.

Please No.
Every facet of The Cartel was a trainwreck so Techland isn't interested in selling it any more, assuming the rights are theirs and not Ubisoft's, in which case they're not interested in acquiring the rights.

If you NEED to play it, use alternative means. But I don't see why you would. It's not worth the bandwidth.
