This is one of my favorite games.
I was wondering if it had both the 64 bit AND HD?
Or do we have to find and install those patches?

Haven't bought it myself yet (still on the fence due to whether this is the international uncut version or not) but I heard someone mentioning two distinct executables, a standard DirectX9 one and a (HD?) DirectX10 exe.
Maybe that answers at least one part of your question(?).

I might install the GOG version later and take a look for myself.

As for the DirectX 9 and 10 options, it looks like the fully patched (official) version of the game has both of those options present, but there is no 64-bit executable (according to the PCGamingWiki). There are applications that can set 64-bit large address awareness on executables, though, if needed.

There's definitely blood when playing it in English.

The game runs in 1080p with over 60fps on my pc, with maxed out details. It looks good. It runs on DX10. Is it 32bit? I don't know, but it works well.
