Is this a bug or have I missed something? I've got the feather, the bow and the arrow, but when I go to the place where I'm supposed to use the feather, nothing happens.

Yes. I can't even look at the stump or anything.

I had a bit of trouble using this. First, be sure that of the 2 screens of woods with stumps yo are in the right most. Second, stand on the camera side of the stump when using the feather from inventory (use the "U" key). I hope this helps.

I'm having the exact same problem. I have the bow and arrow but no matter where I stand I can't put the feather on the stump. I have followed some YouTube walkthroughs and am standing in the same position but still no luck. Has anyone else had the same problem?
