Hanglyman: I'm having a few very weird issues with this game. The main thing is that the images that appear during a cutscene don't load correctly- I'll get nothing at first, then a sliver of an image, like a horizontal line of it along the bottom 6th of the screen, then another image will load, but not all the way, and will be clearly out of sync with the narration. Sometimes I'll catch a flash of another image that looks like it just got skipped. This happens every time there's a cutscene with still images, including the company logos at the very beginning of the game.

Another thing that's been happening is that, right in the middle of gameplay, seemingly completely at random, the intro movie will start playing! Clicking gets me back to where I was in the game, but... what the hell?? Why would it do that, and how?

Anyone else having these problems, or have a solution? I tried messing with the display settings in-game but nothing helped. I'm not even sure what "scrolling mode" or "stand by" even do, and the manual doesn't care to explain them.

EDIT: I did find one possible solution to the cutscene problem, which is to run DOSBox in windowed mode. Still would be nice to run it fullscreen without the issues, though.
