I have already at least 3 CD-Versions of Caesar II lying around, each of them plagued with the problem that the game crashes around half the time, if a battle starts and you try to control it manually. The problem is said to be a missing or misplaced file, which is said to be obtainable somewhere in the web/on CD/in the folder, but despite numerous attempts I never get this solution working for my installations. So my main question about today release of Caesar II on GOG...

Is the often-crashes-pre-a-battle-thing solved in this release?

Thanks in advance for clearing this up. In case GOG solved the problem, this will be an insta-buy for me.
