i have followed all diagnostic tx from GOG but the game still wont launch
i have now noticed my c3 zip file is missing
i have re intalled both gog and caesar 3
how do i fix this!

Use a source port. Julius if you're a purist, Augustus if you like new things.

Mine also won't launch. Did anyone ever find a solution?

I had to change my PC last month, as a result I had to reinstall the game Caesar 3. Now I have to run the game from GOG platform itself, because it doesn't get installed in my PC like previously was. My issue now is I haven't found the way to run the game from GOG platform in any way ...I've followed every suggestion. Anybody else in this same situation or similar?
