Just wanted to know if there's any other method to access secret areas (shooting, action key) rather than just stumbling into them. Case in point: see attachment.

Sorry. this is an indie game. The developers didnt really put any easter eggs or other ways to access secret areas.

HAHA i can't believe the previous answer!
Look pal, Sometimes once you unlock the exit things move and change so if you scout back you might get the blocks moved out of your way :)
I don't remember exactly that screen I'll replay and try to find the trigger for ya..
