I'm using the Logitech Rumblepad 2 and for some reason the up/down controls for the big brother are inverted (ie pushing the analogue stick up makes him move towards the bottom of the screen and pushing the stick down makes him move towards the top.
Left/right is fine.
The little brother is fine.
Using the keyboard to control the big brother works fine.

I tried inverting my gamepads up/down with the gamepad configuration software and that works, but only if I push only up or down. As soon push it a tiny bit to the left or right the game acts as if I pushed up and down simultaneously and the big brother just spasms.

Does anyone else have this problem? Any solution?

I had the same problem. Below the GOG support response

Hello,

Go to the game install folder (default C:\Arquivos de Programas (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons) Engine/Config open the file BaseInput.ini.

Find the line (Ctrl + f)
Bindings=(Name="XboxTypeS_LeftY",Command="Axis aBaseY Speed=1.0 DeadZone=0.3")

Replace to
Bindings=(Name="XboxTypeS_LeftY",Command="Axis aBaseY Speed=-1.0 DeadZone=0.3")

Warp9
Equipe GOG.com

It worked here!
