In the other thread it's stated that the Mac version of the full BS5 game will not be available until tomorrow.

Is this true?

I'm downloading "Mac installer" now. Is this the full game or am I wasting my time downloading Episode 1 again?

And how can I use my saved games from Episode 1 in the full game? I cannot find anything that looks like a save file, or anything related to BS5 in general, in Documents or anywhere else in the filesystem, except the application itself.

The total information blackout from GOG is extremely frustrating for those of us who have been waiting for months to finish this game.

Yes, from what I understood, the MAC version of Episode 2 should be available sometime today. The moderator in the other thread said about 12:00 noon Poland time, so I'm assuming that'll be sometime in the morning for us folks here in the States.
To finish my previous point….Yes, if you downloaded the game yesterday or this morning, you'd just be reinstalling episode 1. I'd wait until you notice the file size for the download is larger than 4.4, which is what it is now. Just keep an eye on the "Sticky" portion of the threads. I'm sure a moderator or representative from GOG will let us know when the MAC version is ready to go.
Yes, they told us it'd be available from 12pm Warsaw time, at the very latest.

It is now 12:30pm Warsaw time. They are half an hour late.
I had no idea the adventure was just to get the game we purchased. It's still misadvertised on the home page.
any update on that? I joust bought (unknowingly of the situation) and tried to play with no luck
Yep. Nearly 2 hours late now and absolutely no response from GOG. Very unprofessional. I won't be purchasing anything here ever again.

No update at all. They're keeping us in the dark. To add insult to injury, they haven't done anything to fix the mislabeling on the BS5 download link. They're linking customers to a 4.4gb download of episode 1, under the guise that it's the full game.

I'm one of the unlucky suckers who downloaded 4.4 gigabytes of something I already had. I don't have unlimited broadband either. Absolutely disgraceful professionalism displayed by GOG.
Buy the game from Steam! Not here!

any chance they'll refund the purchase? i was looking for episode 2 (as advertised) but all i got was 4.4gb of old news... not cool!
offtopic: i bought it from here because it is cheaper than on steam cause i leave in UK and i actually bought it in dollars 18 rather than in pounds 18 (as steam uk has)
Hi all,

The Mac version is uploading as I type this.

Please accept our deepest apologies for the delay of the Mac version. We had some minor setbacks (build issues on our end) that we had to deal with in order to ensure that you were getting the best posible Mac version of Broken Sowrd 5.

Again, we'd really like to apologize for the wait.

I suppose I can forgive you for the delay, but the fact that BS5 mac was mislabeled and nothing was done to rectify the mislabeling is unforgivable. I, and countless other people, downloaded 4.4 gigs of something we already had. For me, that was over 14 hours ago, and still nothing has been changed. Countless posts were made and ignored, and despite all this, nothing was done to remove the link and prevent other people from wasting their broadband doing the same thing.

An apology can not make up for this. It shows absolute disregard for the paying consumer. By the time I get the game I've payed for, I'll have spent far more money on the downloads through GOG.

According to the program I am using to upload the file around 20 minutes or so. And the upload is going at 3.6 MB/s on a 7 GB file :)
Mac version is live now :)

I'm genuinely unsurprised that JudasIscariot has responded in this thread regarding the delay, but completely ignored my post relating to the mislabeling of the BS5 Mac download.
He's been doing the exact same thing for the past 14 hours; responding to delay related questions while skimming over the countless amount of posts by people who have been mislead into downloading 4.4gbs of the wrong file. It seems incredibly malicious that nothing was done to get the link removed and save further consumers from wasting 4.4 gbs of broadband.
It speaks volumes about GOG and the poor work ethic they employ.
