I'd like to point out that Revolution Software launched Kickstarter project for Broken Sword 5 and I'm thrilled to see that their rewards are already tied with GOG.

While I'm willing to pre-order Broken Sword 5 or even buy collector's edition box if they ever make one, I'm not willing to invest my money before they have ready product which to sell.

Nevertheless I wish good luck for this begging campaign, because I would love to see more adventures of Nico and George.

Maybe the first kickstarter I will support. The $25 option is great!

I was going to back but I don't own a credit card. I am happy that GOG has an option for paypal.

There is an option for a temporary credit card here, but that costs 10 euros. Which I just don't want to spend for a one time use.

Does anyone know, how the "History of Broken Sword eBook" look like? Is it only summary of plots, or is it full of behind the scenes info? How long is it? I am considering $25 tier and this is deciding point for me.

I checked Comments section and it isn't mentioned there (developers occasionally peek into and address some issues). You can try "Ask a question" at the bottom of project's main page.
I used it at the outset of project and they replied.

Looking good. $550k with a week to go, and that doesn't include Paypal.

We'll reach $650k, but not $800k. Quite frankly, I don't think the $800k goal sounds as interesting.

Good news! I read they accept paypal donations as well! I just donated 15 dollars to the cause. I am very glad I could help out that way. Apparantly I had 11,82 euro's left in my paypal account. Which was exactly $15. Glad the euro rose a bit.

Not sure what will happen but I'll just have to wait and see in 5 days.

I sent them an email about it. I am also happy to see that donators will receive the game on GOG.
