Hi, I've got a problem with save in BS5 - I'm in the chapel in the mountains (with Pearl and Duane). The problem is - George is missing. I can click 'view' on items and he's saying his comments about candelabra etc, but his character isn't present anymore. I can't walk to the right of the scene, because he's not there... Both my save and autosave are broken in the same way - is there any way to fix that?
Have you updated the game to the latest version? Disappearing characters was a problem with earlier versions of the game. Is your game version showing 1.11?

Yes, I'm using the latest version of the game - I'm running it via Galaxy, so it's auto-updated. Anyway, I installed it a month ago or so, so it's definitely the latest version.
Then I'm afraid you're gonna need a clean save game from an earlier point. Do you have an older save game? Or did you only save once?

If you don't have any other saves, here is a topic from the revolution forums where a helpful user posted savegames which should be near your location.

I don't have one, so I downloaded one from Steam's forums (I didn't want to register on Revolution's forums). Yet when I'm trying to save again from a fixed patch, the save breaks down again. So I guess I have to pass the Santa Cova part in one try :) Thanks for the info!
