Does GOG plan to match this either now or before release of part #2? I'd rather buy GOG than steam but 50% off is hard to turn down.
I think episode 2 will be here before April 30th…Just have the feeling with this sale, trying to drum up all the Broken Sword followers… It'll be here very soon. And as for your question, I don't know if GOG will match it, but GOG does offer something that Steam does not…The original versions of the first two games. That is huge. I find myself playing the originals more now anyway, though Broken Sword 2 Remastered is very good.
Am I the only one who feels a little sore about this steam sale?
Seems like a bit of a slap in the face of those of us who pre-ordered (and as I understand, maybe many even earlier supporters of the new game).
We who paid full price in good faith, for the first two episodes. Now even before the second episode comes out there is this massive discount.
Not very happy. I don't expect anything to be done about it of course. I guess my point is, it would have showed more gratitude to the earlier supporters, to not have your fire sales until AFTER both episodes start to a reduction in sales (e.g. a few weeks after Ep two is released.)
Does seem a tad harsh on early adopters doesn't it. As you say they could at least wait until full price purchasers have had a chance to play the full game!

For those who missed it, it was $10.50 for BS 1,2,3 & 5

So GoG did put it on sale, for 25% off. This may not be GoG's fault as they might not set the price but it's disappointing nonetheless to see such large disparities in price.
