I purchased this game on GoG (like I try to always do when a game is available here) and I see that they've already received a November 15th patch on Steam.

Just curious, when is this coming to GoG?

After comparing the changelog on GOG with the patch notes on Steam, I think we are up to date as of writing.
The developers (or their forum representative) said that because GOG reviews game updates, they update here every week, whereas on steam there is no need for approval so the updates are more frequent.

On a side note, I wish these sites would show a version number for every game :/

Edit: Just confirming that I am referring to Bright Memory Infinite (as you linked in your post), not Bright Memory.
