Is anyone else missing 1920x1440 in-game? I have a 2560x1440p monitor and wanted to maximize the resolution without stretching, but it only goes up as high as 1600x900 in-game.
Weird, I have a 1440p monitor and I do see that option in-game.

My only guess is I have 2 monitors, one with a lower resolution (1080p), because another old game (Metro) had issues with that. But other than that, I have no clue.

I h ave the same setup; A 1440p main monitor and a 1080p side monitor. Maybe verify that your 1440p is your main in Windows?

It is, i even have it turned off and PC Screen Only turned on for my 1440p.
I am also having the same issue. 1440p monitor, and a 1280x800 smaller screen attached to my computer case that plays gifs and stuff. I unplugged the smaller monitor, restarted my PC, but the option for 1920x1440 still wasn't in my game options. Not really sure if I'm missing something? Any advice would be appreciated!

PC Specs:
Ryzen 9800x3d CPU @ 5ghz
2x16GB RAM
MSI PRO B650-VC WiFi II
ASRock Steel Legend RX 9070XT
Dell S2721DGF 2560x1440p monitor connected via DP cable

DXWrapper Settings:
Display Mode - 2560x1440 165Hz
Presentation - Fullscreen
Aspect ratio correction - Enabled
Scaling Method - Integer scaling
V-Sync - Set by application
Gamma correction - 1.0
Texture filtering - Point sampled
Antialiasing - Set by application
I've got the same problem as well. I have two 2560x1440 144hz monitors and would like to run in 1920x1440 so it can be as full screen as possible without stretching the screen.

Edit: I just went with 640x480x32 - does what I need it to.

The in game resolutions are pulled from your PC.

If you are missing any resolutions you can just go into the Nvidia Control Panel and create custom resolutions. I added 2560x1920 and it shows up in game. I'm sure there's an equivalent setting in the AMD drivers.
I'm playing on a 1080p monitor and the game doesn't show most resolutions, I've tried creating custom resolutions from the nvidia control panel but they still don't show, plus the game image is stretched along the screen no matter what resolution I select

The integer upscale option is in the menu options outside of the game. In the GoG launcher.
