I saw other threads on this but the answers made no sense. So I am going to ask again, and I want the answer to be as clear as possible.

If I am playing this PC game in English, is it censored?
Yes or
No

In the PC Version are three out of four Scenes are censored.
The beheading is there.

thank you
The English localised version is, the original Japanese version is completely uncensored.
I'm sure modders are already looking into how to replace the Japanese localisation with the English translation, essentially turning the Japanese version into an uncensored international version.

I did not see the beheading scene in the English PC version myself. Are you sure about this?

Oh my bad, i misread!

The deleted scenes from the North American and European PlayStation version remain removed in the English PC release.

Deleted Scene 4 has been confirmed as remaining in the Japanese PC release
------------

It was late and i seemingly skipped the "Japanese", so seemingly, even the japanese Version is censored beside the Beheading.

I think it's moreso that it needs to be confirmed whether the other 3 scenes are still in the Japanese PC version.

I am curious if someone who has the Japanese version installed can check the <gamefolder>/DAT directory and check what files they have with someone who has the English version. Maybe we just add the missing DAT files if there are any for the deleted scenes

Ha, i just had the same idea and tried out.
I listed the whole folder of the two Versions via cmd and separated it in Excel as a Table to compare the Files.
It is exaxtly the same amout of Files, bit several houndred have a different Size.
I tried to copy Files from the english to the japanese, beginning with Files i expected to have Text and Menu Stuff.
The Area Files were the last i copied, it seems that everything Game related is contained in them, with that the cut Content, making it for Mortals as me impossible to modify my own Frankenstein out of the two Versions.
