Officially not, but there seem to be Trainer out there.
On a quick Search i found Breath of Fire 4 v1.0 +8 TRAINER, but it is on a Webpage i don't want to link here

Those are usually unsafe links (the +8 TRAINER thing is a dead giveaway) - if you're really hard up for something like that either download WeMod or CheatEngine - CE can handle a speed-up though warning: it can crash games

Nah, it is an ancient site that is known for Cracks, hadn't a Problem with it since 2000 :)
Cheat Engine is good, but the installer comes (often?) with Malware, but when you have it, it is a very awsome tool.
