Is there any way to lower the volume of sound effects only? Some times the background sound is much too loud, I can hardly hear any voice when having a dialogue. But the volume control settings also lowers the voices.

way back in April I saw a post on Steam from the developer regarding the first patch that was released. They said that a future patch was in the works and one of the items addressed would be "additional audio settings".
