I think the devs read this forum, so let me write the first bugreport:

I started the game the first time, inlcuding the tutorial (no sandbox and no hardcore). After talking to the lawyer in Portland he told me that he gave me some money to get started, but the money-counter still read 0$.
I had to take a passenger to got the first cash, to buy some goods.
Later i had to restart (got into an ambush, that was impossible for me to win) and when i talked to the laywer without the tutorial, i was rewarded with 1000$ as my starting cash.
