just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and knows what maybe done to fix it.

Same here i collected every item 100%, but no achievement.
I hope GOG fix it.

I stopped playing because of the achievement bugs. Hope they get fixed soon

Like Aeternull I stopped playing.
I have the game on PS4 too and can confim many achievements doesn't get triggerd on the first playtrough.
