Uh, in case it wasn't clear from the location miriam is in the picture. I already have gotten as far as getting the gravity power. (currently trying to figuree out how to progress with the game). Unless there is some wall walking power like in axiom verge, i think this has more to do with me not finding the path....
EDIT: found it, i had to drop up from the bottom of the tower
