Why are they still stuck on 3.2.0? It shows the patch is 4.5.0 RC4, but try opening them and it only shows 3.2.0 Wanna fix that so people don't have to come to the forum to find your changes?

Unfortunately many patch notes are outdated. Would be nice if that wasn't the case but at the moment I don't see it happen that they all get updated so posting what can be found in the different forum threads is the only way right now.

Apologies, I was completely distracted and misunderstood that it was an issue of the game being outdated, which is why I checked GOGDb.
