Without changing nothing ?
Because most of people here including me change de conf for a better experience.

Define "fine", and are you talking about Blood or Blood II?

If you're talking about Blood my PC ran it fine the way it was. I just used the ingame menu to set it up. It ran great.

Phenom 2 X4 940 black
ATI Radeon 5870
4 Ghz DDR2
Win7 64bit

define "lag". Pore frame rates, or actual network lag?

(yes, I'm an ass)

Out of the box, I was getting acceptable frame rates (25-32) running at 800x600. Use the "rate" cheat code to see what you are getting. Yes it would dip down below 20 in spots, but with a mob of zombies and proper employment of a blob of napalm, even running Blood natively will suffer.
