For so long I've wished for a trainer level for blood1, alas, this just activates the cheat codes. Why spoil the 1st level for a curious gamer?

I'm honestly just curious as to what the trainer is trying to do that the original cheat codes don't. I mean it's great that folks are able to do something with the new Kex format, or even better, the other open-source ports like NBlood. You can't learn except by doing, but this just seems to be reinventing the wheel.
