Hi, if i buy Blood: Fresh Supply will i be able to download the original version as a extras? I want the original more than the remake.

Original is included (as stated on the store page).

Steam still allows you to buy just the original if you want. It is a little cheaper and the support for FS is most likely dead at this point.
