I hope it's not a repost. I found a resoltution setting for dosbox that I like better than the default setting in the GOG Blood download. Basically, in the dosbox config file, there's this line:

fullresolution=original
windowresolution=original

I modified that to this:

fullresolution=0x0
windowresolution=0x0

I play in 800x600. I have a 5:4 1280x1024 LCD monitor. With the first (default method), the game just scaled that up to my 5:4 monitor, which resulted in a slightly streched image. With the second method, the game scales up the resolution while keeping the aspect ration, so for me, the game ran in 4:3, leaving small black bars at the top and bottom on my 5:4 monitor. Screenshots in this case were in 1280x1024, just like I see it in game.

I prefer the second method. Maybe this'll be useful for someone. Cheers. :)

If you set output=openglnb and aspect=true, the fullscreen should not stretch.
