I bought this game a few days ago, after playing for a few hours i was left thinking "Why would anyone play this game, it is slow janky and just a pain to play" .
I was ready to just giove up and never play it again untill i came to the forum and read about teh Vertok patch. After iinstalling that the game runs smooth, the combat is fun now and overlal im loving this game. To think if i hadnt bothered checking out this forum i would have given up on this great game

I agree. I beat the game months ago and the patch makes it run much better and even adds improvements like subtitles. My suggestion for PC gamers is to always check https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Main_Page, specially for old games. You can find fixes for most games there and all is organized and well explained.
