The patch goes to a higher number than the installer, but to install the patch you need a lower number than the installer.

patch is older, yeah, confusing. If you want you can try to find 50549 setup online by file name (change digit in 50548 one and put ino Google with "" and without .exe). You will see it is outdated build compared to 50548.
