I have just purchased Blitzkrieg Anthology, and installed it.
It works fine, and can access all 3 games (Bitzkrieg, Rolling Thunders, Burning Horizons)

Now, I try to install my dvd with Green Devil"'s missions.
Unfortunately, the installation process (I use "run as administrator") aborts with the message: Blitzkrieg not found (c.f. attached screenshot)

Do you know a workaround? (ex.: a registry key that Green Devil is loooking for BlizKrieg with a specific path), a patch, a way to skip this checking process and proceed with installation?

Also I agree. I tried to install Mission Barbarossa / Mission Kursk and the installers tell me that they can't find the Blitzkrieg installation. One "easy" way to solve this is having the dvd of the original, install it then the expansions and finally copy everything in the GoG installation folder. Alternatively, yes, it could be fixed by just adding a registry key but since I have an Spanish OS the registry would mess up your installations so I'm sorry if I can't help a lot here.

That's all and sorry if my english is horrible XD

I just see your reply now...:(
It is not a bad idea. I will try to find the original CDs of Blitzkrieg as it is summer time, and there are many fairs, with people selling old stuff...
If I manage to find the CDs, and it works on W7 (64b), I will post here...

PROBLEM SOLVED!
Thanks to Maverick1988 who suggesting a good path.

Here is how you can have your "GREEN DEVILS" campaign working perfectly with GOG's release. And without tempering with GOG's installation files as the unofficial Green Devils add-on is just an extra campaign stored into the "CUSTOM" folder. Sorry for my approximate English.

1- Install your Blitzkrieg Anthology game from GOG.
I always install my games in a custom folder, and the game is located in: "C:\Discover\Blitzkrieg I Anthology" (and not in the default folder "Program Files...\"
I do not like having games in "Program Files" folders as it creates sometimes added troubles according to your version of Windows (XP,Vista,7,8..) and 32 or 64 bytes. (I use W7-ultimate 64b on all my computers)

2- Once you have installed the anthology, just check if Blitzkrieg, rolling Thunder and Burning Horizons work.

3- Now, we will create a ".reg" for sending missing data into Windows' registry. When Green devils tries to unpack its compressed files, it will simply check if the original Blitzkrieg, BH or RT have been installed. As GOG has simplified the game and installation and customized it, it does NOT create a simple key that was formerly created by CDV. And Green Devils is looking for this "old" key as it does not know about GOG's version...
For this, simply do the 5 steps below:

a- open NOTEPAD and create a new text file (whatever name, by instance "GD.txt"

b- copy paste the text below, only the part in bold :
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\CDV Software Entertainment AG]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\CDV Software Entertainment AG\Blitzkrieg Rolling Thunder]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\CDV Software Entertainment AG\Blitzkrieg Rolling Thunder\English]
"target folder"="C:\\Discover\\Blitzkrieg I Anthology\\BH-RT"
"language"="English"
"version"="1.0"

As you can see, nothing strange, nothing that can harm your computer! 100% safe.

c- Change the path for reflecting your own installation path. (note that the registry path needs 2 \\ rather than 1 \ in normal path, it is C:\\...\\... and not C:\... \...)
You can see the key: "target folder"="C:\\Discover\\Blitzkrieg I Anthology\\BH-RT"
... put your own path, where is located the folder BH-RT for the Blitzkrieg Anthology.
By instance, it can be something like:
"target folder"="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\GOG Games\\Blitzkrieg I Anthology\\BH-RT"
... then close and SAVE the text file

d- change the extension of your text file fom "txt" to "reg". If it was "GD.txt", it should be now "GD.reg". And double click on it for sending the info to the registry. Once created, it will give you a confirmation message.

4- Done. In Windows, there is a key with CDV name, and linking GOG with the old path. Run your Green devil installation, and it will recognized your GOG's installation.

For playing Green Devil's campaign, go to Blitzkrieg (GOG's version), then (I quote the original readme file):
[i]To play "Green Devils" start the game by clicking the
"Green Devils" - shortcut on your desktop.
Go to the main menu and choose "New Game", now select
the menu point „Custom Game“.
You will see the following menu points:
„Custom Campaigns“, „Custom Chapters“ and „Custom Missions“.
You can play the campaign of the „9th Tank Division“
by choosing the menu point : „custom campaigns“.
You can play the „Airborne campaign - Eagles“ by choosing the
menu point „custom chapters“ and you can play the
„Tank School" by choosing the menu point
„custom missions“.

Maverick1988: Thanks for the effort. This will help a lot of people. ;)
Im getting an error saying i cant import the specified file is not a registry script. You can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor.
Im trying to install Mission Barbarossa addon to no avail. If it helps i have WIN-vista. Anyone know what im doing wrong here? Another thing i noticed is his pathway for blitzkreig I anthology folder is without the "I" in my GOG games folder, i fixed that accordingly and still no dice.
Any help would be appareciated, thanks.
Did you followed jappy instructions correctly?

Also, if importing the .reg key fails you can always create folders and registry keys in the registry editor and manage everything there.

Just open the 'regedit', go onto your 'program files' folder then paste everything. Isn't that hard :P
