I really don't like this new Gog's policy that disable the original versions of classic games, when terribles "enhanced editions" are available...
You did it for the Baldur's gate games and now for Blade Runner.
Do I have to remind that Gog stands for Good Old Games, not for horrible enhanced versions of old games?!

The original versions are bundled together with the enhanced, same like Baldur's Gate.

If you only want to buy the original it is sadly no more on GOG, so better to find original CDs or go on high seas for them.

I haven't played Blade Runner EE yet, but Planescape Torment, Blood, System Shock , Grim Fandango, Full Throttle, Forsaken, Shandowman, Battlezone 1, BloodRayne, Strafe are greatly enhanced, actually

After I read this tweet I decided to donate some money to the ScummVM team.
I can't explain the reason GOG decided this

I would like to read an official statement from GOG
The EE version costs exactly the same as the ScummVM version on GOG did previously. GOG bundled them together for exactly the same price.
I just hope they will release the ScummVM version again.

I don't want Nightdive to receive money for their broken port.

Thank you so much for the share bro, it is a really awful and shameful move from NightDiveStudio et GoG, I'm very disappointed with those lasts.
I don't recognize GoG since few years, they became all we hated, soon they will have nothing to envy to only money-hungry studios like EA or Activision. What a shame.

I want ScummVM to have my money too for their so much good work, I do not want in any way reward NightDiveStudio for their hum... well nothing!

GoG please, allow us to reward truly competent developers, not the lazy ones.

FWIW I add this "feature request"
https://www.gog.com/wishlist/site/remove_the_nightdive_blade_runner_enhanced_edition_and_put_back_only_the_scummvm_classic_edition
I upvoted it
Guys, do you think we can still buy a code on "grey market" for the original without the "demaster"?
I honestly hope all this debate open people's eyes about requesting remakes and remasters of old titles, mainly the ones made to Nightdive itself. Do you guys still want them to "re-release" No One Lives Forever, for instance? About time they start developing their own games instead of piggyback on the success of others, monetizing on nostalgia alone while messing with other people's work.
I voted for this.

No One Lives Forever is an abandonware, I played it last year, and I think it's still really enjoyable. I totally agree with you, I think GoG is cool to discover or replay old games, I don't care at all about remasters or remake (except one and only exception Outcast: Second Contact, which is the perfect remake 100% of the original game is respected)

I hope to be able to play the classic edition again, this presumed "enhanced" lacks the wonderful dubbing in Italian that was done with the voice actors of the film.
Certainly I will not buy this version which is even lower than the original one.
